From 1993 to 2021, he served as CEO and Chairman of BBDO/Proximity Indonesia, part of the global Omnicom Group, where he led award-winning campaigns for top brands across Asia. As the Founder and Chairman of ShopComm, he continues to drive innovative marketing strategies, bridging retailers and brands through impactful campaigns and shopper engagement solutions.

Irwan Ardiansyah
President Director
Irwan Ardiansyah is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in advertising, retail marketing, and financial services. As President Director of ShopComm Group Indonesia, he leverages his extensive expertise, gained from both client and agency perspectives, to develop effective omnichannel marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth for brands and retailers.

Theola Ichsani
Commercial Director
Theola has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and commercial strategy. As Commercial Director at ShopComm Group Indonesia, she oversees the company’s financial and commercial operations, ensuring strategic and sustainable growth. Previously, she held leadership roles as GM Finance & Administration and Financial Controller in various agencies, leveraging her expertise to drive financial efficiency and business performance.

Ine Marasudin
Operations Director
Ine has over 20 years of experience in operations, brand marketing, and business development. As Operations Director at ShopComm, she ensures service excellence in delivering ShopComm solutions across Indonesia. Previously, she held senior roles at MNC and FremantleMedia, where she honed her expertise in corporate sales and production, driving operational efficiency and business growth.

With over 25 years of experience in media and creative agencies, Nancy leads ShopComm’s top sales teams as Sales Director. Formerly Head of Corporate Sales at First Media, she brings deep expertise in integrated marketing, crafting strategic solutions for a diverse portfolio of FMCG and non-FMCG clients, driving growth and business impact.

As a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the media and advertising industry, including TV media, production houses, public relations, print media, and advertising, Fanny Rahmasari is adept at unifying people, culture, brand, and communication, leading the People division at ShopComm.
