Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented individual with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Growing the business and ensuring the corporate's target revenue are achieved
  • To arrange sales calls and client visits to do sales activities (presentation, provide solutions and maintain relationship with clients)
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal team 
  • Ability to monitor multiple deadlines in a fast paced as well as monitoring and evaluating
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor from Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
  • Solid track record in sales, integrated marketing campaign (digital & activation) or handle brand in FMCG at same position at least 2 - 3 years
  • Have experience in media agency (point plus)
  • Enthusiastic in getting new leads independently, able to work under pressure and result oriented
  • Good in communication (English & Bahasa), fast learner, have attention in detail, negotiation skill and monitoring
  • Have a good attitude, honest, responsible, integrity and good interpersonal skill and adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Expert in Ms.Office (such as Power Point, Excel, Word, etc), Google sheets, Google Slides, Google Doc
  • Ability in controlling and handling end to end Sales and Campaign process with a strategic point of view to achieve a sales target
  • Willing to work on site in Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan
