Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio & Video Production Coordinator to join our Creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end‑to‑end audio and video production, including studio recording, video shooting, and editing. You will operate production equipment, handle troubleshooting, and ensure high‑quality output across all creative deliverables. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in radio, TV, or production house environments, is proficient in major editing software, and is capable of managing live streaming projects. Strong teamwork, technical skills, and a passion for multimedia production are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end audio and video production activities.
  • Operate and manage audio/video equipment for studio recording and video shooting.
  • Perform audio and video editing using relevant software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition).
  • Ensure all production output meets quality standards and project requirements.
  • Support live streaming setup and execution, including technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and project teams to deliver production needs on time.
  • Maintain and organize production equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness.
  • Provide creative input and technical support throughout the production process.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in a relevant field.
  • Work experience in audio and video production (Radio, TV, or Production House).
  • Ability to operate audio and video equipment (studio recording and video shooting).
  • Proficiency in audio and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, and other related tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in managing and executing live streaming sessions.
