Operating as an Integrated Premium F&B Import Solution, IPI specializes in the importation, distribution, and promotion of high-quality products from various countries, serving the hospitality and retail sectors.

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive Horeca to strengthen our presence in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) segment. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, expanding our customer base, and ensuring effective execution of promotional activities. The Sales Executive Horeca will work closely with buyers and owners to present products, negotiate deals, and monitor branding initiatives at customer locations. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a well-established network within the Jabodetabek area.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for products in the HORECA channel.
  • Acquire new customers and expand the client base.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations with buyers/owners.
  • Monitor promotional and branding activities at customer locations.
  • Prepare sales reports and perform regular customer visits.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1 education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HORECA/Food & Beverage/Consumer Goods sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong network with hotels, restaurants, and cafés in Jabodetabek.
  • Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.
  • Target oriented and able to work in a team.
  • Must have SIM C/A and own vehicle.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
