Summary

As a Project Manager (Activation), you will be the key person responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing brand activations and events from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create impactful experiences that bring brands to life.

Responsibilities

* Coordination, Monitoring & Controlling (pre-during-post/closing) the event must according to client's request and fully understand to give brief coming for the team-
* To create and/or cooperate with Account & Production Team for tasks list based on the brief with clear agreed PIC & working/production timeline
* Ready to work during the Event (outside office hours and stand by to project visit out of town) if needed
* To create effective working timeline based on priority, difficulty level & the load
* Able to make project budgeting, planning, analyze also the implementation of activation and giving an insight‍

Requirements

* Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in any field
* Have 2 Years Experienced in Agency / Advertising / Event Organizer or Digital Media
* Able to operate MS Office (excel, Word, PPT, etc) and have a knowledge about Adobe Photoshop (not required)
* Strong interpersonal skill, fast response and full of initiative
* Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills
* Good in attitude, communication, and highly motivated
* Willing to work in Bintaro-South Jakarta‍‍
