Summary

As the Head of Sales Activation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships through strategic activation initiatives. This position requires a dynamic leader who can design and execute sales activation plans, manage cost structures, and ensure seamless project delivery. You will lead efforts to achieve ambitious sales targets, expand the client portfolio, and oversee activation projects from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Expand client lists and maintain relationships.
  • Schedule weekly appointment meetings and daily sales calls.
  • Prepare monthly sales projections.
  • Supervise activation projects and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
  • Proven experience in Sales Activation.
  • Ability to work with sales targets.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.
  • Ability to create and understand activation cost plans.
  • Detail-oriented and professional appearance.
