Head of Accounting

Reporting into the Accounting Manager, PT. Shopcomm Solusi Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join their team in the vibrant city of South Jakarta. As a key member of the accounting function, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely accounting reporting.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance financial controls and efficiency

Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Liaise with auditors and prepare the necessary documentation for audit processes

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences as a Accounting Manager or Head of Accounting

Preferably those who have experienced or worked in advertising or media company

Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve accounting issues

Proficient in English, both spoken and written

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing accounting teams

A fast learner with strong logical thinking and excellent time management skills
