PT Bumi Pesona Bersama (BPB), a sister company of ShopComm, is looking for an Engineering Staff professional to support the company’s operational reliability by ensuring that mechanical and electrical assets remain in good working condition. This role plays an essential part in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the performance of various equipment across the facility, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine checks and scheduled maintenance on company equipment to ensure everything operates effectively.Respond to urgent repair needs and resolve equipment issues to minimize operational downtime.Maintain accurate daily or weekly reports related to equipment condition and parts usage.Monitor stock levels of spare parts and coordinate procurement when additional components are needed.Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and support a safe working environment.Requirements
SMK or Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related technical field.1–2 years of experience in maintenance, technician work, or equipment repair.Basic understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and general maintenance practices.Ability to perform troubleshooting and identify root causes of equipment issues.Skilled in using technical measuring tools such as multitesters, manifold gauges, and similar instruments.Physically fit, not color‑blind, and able to work in environments that require manual or technical labor.Comfortable working under time constraints and following standard operating procedures.Able to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
