We’re looking for an E‑commerce & Social Media Officer to manage our online store and social channels end‑to‑end—covering product listings, promotions, ads, live hosting, content creation, community engagement, and sales performance analysis. You’ll keep our product visuals on‑trend, generate insights to grow revenue, and report weekly and monthly performance to your superior.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Communication or Broadcasting.
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and social media, including live hosting.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media analytics.
Active and well-organized social media portfolio (include links/handles).
Highly disciplined, able to meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage
